Harrison Salmon Stronghold Slough Restoration 2014
Pacific Salmon Foundation is a contributor to the Harrison River Salmon Stronghold with the Sts’ailes Nation, the first effort of it’s kind in Canada.
The Stronghold’s goal is to protect the healthy and dynamic salmon stocks present in the Harrison river.
In 2014, Pacific Salmon Foundation granted $40,000 to help restore the Harrison Slough and increase salmon spawning & rearing habitat.
