Storm Drain Marking – Pacific Salmon Foundation
Pacific Salmon Foundation partner, the West Vancouver Streamkeepers Society conducts a storm drain marking project with excited young “salmon stewards.” The project engages elementary school students in painting yellow fish that remind the public to keep harmful chemicals out of storm drains, as all drains lead to fish habitat.
